Terms of service
1. General Information
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Mirakian Lighting website and the purchase of products from it. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated version becomes effective upon publication.
2. Order Processing
An order is considered confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation message or call from us.
We reserve the right to contact the customer to clarify order details before final confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
The following payment methods are available on the website:
- Online payment by bank card (Visa/Mastercard/ArCa), processed via Inecobank's secure vPOS system
- Cash on delivery (COD)
Payment is made using the online payment methods available on the website.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful completion of payment. For cash-on-delivery orders, the order is considered confirmed once it has been placed and the customer has received a confirmation message or call.
All prices listed on the website are in Armenian Drams (AMD) unless otherwise stated.
4. Cardholder Data Confidentiality Policy
The confidentiality of the cardholder's personal and payment information is guaranteed.
When paying online, the customer is redirected to Inecobank's secure vPOS page. Card details (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, CVC/CVV code) are entered exclusively on that page and are collected and processed only by the ARCA, VISA, and Mastercard processing centers — never by Mirakian Lighting. For this reason, we do not receive, see, or store the payer's card or banking details.
Following a successful payment, the cardholder automatically receives a notification (by email or SMS, depending on the card system) confirming the amount charged.
Information provided by the customer in connection with placing or fulfilling an order (name, contact details, delivery address) is treated as strictly confidential and is not disclosed to any third party, except where necessary to process and deliver the order or as required by law.
5. Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order before its preparation for shipment has begun.
If the order has already been handed over to the delivery service, cancellation may no longer be possible.
6. Return and Exchange Terms
A product is eligible for return or exchange within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
After the 14-day period has elapsed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Returned or exchanged products must be unused, and must retain their original condition, tags, and complete packaging.
If a product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Custom-ordered or specially made products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Once a return is approved, the paid amount is refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase, within the timeframes established by Armenian legislation. For purchases made via cash on delivery (COD), the refund is issued by bank transfer to an account provided by the customer.
7. Warranty
We guarantee that all products are free from manufacturing defects.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the product may be:
- Replaced with a new item, or
- Refunded, depending on availability and agreement between the parties
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not covered by warranty.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
